I would not read too much into the wording of the announcement either way.
None the less Peter leaving on the one hand loses a lot of company history, however on the other hand some of that history includes the unfortunate purchase of Jaya and the unfortunate sale of the supply base.
None the less, someone is going to need to talk calmly to the auditors to sign off the accounts soon enough...
