Sudden, no immediare replacement mentioned, clearly the game is on, boardroom push, the 2 miilion shares just purchased above market average, the capital return etc. I can't see any other explanation that the board members ( holding substantial positions on the register) will wind up the company and distribute proceeds, given its trading below NTA. Still reckon after the cap return of 15 c to be paid today will leave a NTA lower in 40s. The lower $A this past few weeks is a positive contribution and may hasten things.
