Agree. Why can't coys be straight in their announcements? It can't hurt the SP any more than it already has. How about :
'The current CEO has been in charge of the company in a period which has halved the MC. His performance has been woeful. He is sacked. We are abliged to pay him the contractual 6 months salary. '
