That was me- saw what I thought was writing on the wall and despite FLT having a nice little cash haul and no debt I sold at $35.... only to watch it near double...
With PGH i'm sitting on the sidelines as we speak but an definitely considering a yield based investment. The payout ratio is only mid to high 60's% - the way I see it if there is continued pressure on the acquisition spree they'll put a hold on it, which will open up the possibility of a higher payout ratio... a 6-7% yield with only a mid 60% payout ratio is definitely appealing... The only negative is the high debt position...
