If I only choose one website when I'm selling, I will use domain because I know all new buyer use domain. The old buyer probability just use REA to check housing price and not buying in the next 2 years. I love the difference between these two firm. That means domain have space to grow under this market condition. However the new listing cover rate is close to 100 base on the prospectus and is similar to REA. My question is why DOM's earning is so low compare to REA's? They both charge similar listing fee base on the information from Sydney selling agent and have similar cover rate which is close to 100. Another question is what is proportional of money the company made from renting property?
