No doubt there are a lot of issues for the auditor to follow up on in the books of our company.

I have no doubt that the same thing will occur with the next auditors that are appointed. All that is happening is that issues are being continually delayed and holding back the progress of the company.

Until such time as our directors 'fess up to all of the issues that are being raised here - this will be an ongoing situation that we will need to put up with - or not.

One of the things that concerns me is that our limited funds are being used up by our directors on doing business with ourselves!

If everything was clearly laid out on the table we would not be having these issues. (we may have others of course that we are not aware of yet!)

We had a group of shareholders who were prepared to 'step up to the plate' in the past as they (1) believed in the IP and (2) wanted to manage the company for the shareholders instead on directors benefit and (3) get some confidence back in our company!

I am not too sure if they are still willing to do this - and even if they were, would shareholders vote them in?
