Darren LurieGroup CFO & Head of Corporate Development (from EduCo website)

Prior to joining EduCo, Darren had fifteen years' experience as a corporate advisor leading finance, strategy and merger and acquisition assignments for education and other clients across a range of industries. He is a former chairman of an ASX listed company and mergers and acquisitions solicitor for leading law firms. Darren manages the treasury and group finance activities and is responsible for all corporate development opportunities including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships and greenfields opportunities. Darren has honours degrees in both Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and Law from Monash University.

Mr Graeme Mutton -
Graeme is an accountant an experienced business owner who has been involved with Optiscan and its operations forever. More knowledge than all and is well respected in Optiscan circles. (these are my words as I could not find him on google, too good for Google)
