Re the appointment of Messrs. Mutton and Lurie. It seems from the annexure B to the Notice of Meeting that both gentlemen have somewhat similar qualifications - Lurie is a corporate advisor with legal and accounting background. Mr. Mutton is a retired business owner and an accountant.
Now that Optiscan is getting closer to commercialisation I would have thought some spread of expertise in the makeup of the Board would be a priority.
