I wish I could help you with more info and always failed miserably when I tried to get inside! Talks to Archie, Ian, Alan and others did not tell me more than that they are all great to chat with! But I agree with you that they may appoint already a new CEO before the vote! Why not if there is a compromise on appointing a suitable capable candidate?
