I like this. The issue is the company has a problem with admitting failure.  I hate excuse makers, I don't want to know how many people in the line didn't do their job properly for you not to be able to get something going. Just straight up admit that your unable to get this going and that you have a plan in place for moving on, with a timeline for when you will let us know how the next steps are progressing. This would generate trust. Blaming everyone else and trying to hide the failure behind smoke screens is the fast way to push all investors to a different option. If I had the current company history and list of shenanigans used to save face, there is no way this would be in my portfolio. All IMO of course.
