The sad thing about this is that 90% of investors here knew Slim Pickings was total horse droppings 20 mins after it was announced. Why did it even require an LOI?
I'll answer that one for you. They we're grasping at straws to lower fallout over fact they had massively stuffed up with SOL. So they tried to put one over on us. IMO
