TV2U have successfully worked with Divan.TV for an extended period and it is a natural progression and of mutual benefit to share resources to deliver on TV2U’s large pipeline of opportunities and contract work flow. The current arrangement is planned to ensure timelines are maintained, and deliverability to clients is achieved in the quickest time possible. This prevents an immediate requirement to increase staffing and therefore assists in achieving results without having to dilute shareholders at historically low share prices. Divan have nine engineering staff and two management executives that will assist with technical execution of projects. Pooling the resources of both teams will streamline and expedite the service delivery process for our new contract opportunities, and give confidence that recent secured opportunities will be managed effectively through to completion. "
