My guess is that Anna’s departure is, sadly, just one of the stringent cost-saving measures which will inevitably be implemented following the arbitration decision.

The transition appears orderly to me– Anna Legg has done the financial estimates for the year ahead and is finishing up at Christmas, with the replacements commencing on Friday.
