Anna was never part of the venture capital gravy train that conceived POH many years ago. BOD & Exec Mgt have made a great career out of POH for the past decade. I was lucky to get out breaking even earlier this year, but feel frustrated that there is no means of bringing people to account apart from voting against BOD - usually after the trainwreck has occurred and SH funds have been taken in salaries and legal expenses - so wrong, but so prevalent in small cap Aus & NZ markets these days.
