Arhh Auto that's a 3 letter symbol that makes my blood boil - they took advantage of every nook and cranny and made extensive use of the Klingon cloaking device (otherwise known as opaqueness in reporting - despite absolutely beautiful Qtrly reports).
Netherland Sewell was one. The other was Ralph E. Davis.(which I believe was one of the oldest if not the oldest firm doing this stuff. They were acquired by Opportune in 2015). I don't believe any problems existed with Reserves Reports. Funding and execution - that was a the problem and layer on top of that Alaska "issues" and you get the disaster we got. That left a scar.
BCC became a classic example of greed ... of mgmt, investors, debtors & gov't, ... and you know which group got burned.
