Thanks for the detailed response.
I can appreciate that you genuinely believe in the IP and that you are genuinely miffed at what you have outlined in previous posts. As I understand it you point to, inter alia, numerous unfulfilled predictions by management over many years. Further you seem to imply key management have made excessive gains while loyal shareholders have lost value and essentially that the company is being cynically used with this as the real raisin d'être.
I am not convinced on the latter point. I note that the largest investor, who is now on the Board, is a non executive director. Surely his interests and ours are aligned. If I came to "a self enrichment before everything else" view of the business ethics of those who manage and control the company, I think I would exit with no intention of reinvesting again while the same people were in control. Who knows perhaps that is what the reform ticket people did?
I am heartened that you leave open the possibility of investing again when you see real change. One positive suggestion I can make is that everyone who has concerns and can't get to the AGM appoint the Australian Shareholders Association as their proxy. You don't have to be an ASA member to do this.
Let's hope you will see some evidence of real change soon, because I am sure that when you do we will all profit handsomely and our products will be of service and aid the health of people around the globe.
