This is what the company said about the terms of the employee share scheme

the company seems to have implied in response to the Australian financial
Review attention that the employees are responsible if they sell after it gets to production for the difference between the sale price and the amount loaned

When did it become NON RECOURSE AS DETAILED IN PROSPECTUS ?

Or am I missing something in those response to the media?
