Frankly disappointed Ryan would go this route again.
China's DyO inventory monthly 2017, opened just over 500t and closed just under, yet 1410t was taken into state storage, as I've previously linked here.
Also note the dramatic YoY inventory build from 2016, EXACTLY what you would expect to see consequent the reported price action.
Further, why is China reporting Dy production @ 30% capacity against claimed "deficit", 1050t production vs 3127t capacity?
Ryan's fantasies look equal to his 2015 concoctions.
