Nothing more than a poor excuse for NTU poor SP performance. Considering NTU SP has been languishing near long term lows for years, it’s not unusual for the sp to go down at any time of the year. Simply no justifiable reason for NTU SP to “take off” at any time besides the occasional pump and dump by the smart money.
