The situation for KNL holders and management couldn't get much worse imo. Today's disappointing news about the ATO wanting to be repayed the R&D money and that the company has 2 months of funds remaining was completely predictable so should come as no surprise.
Trying to appeal an ATO decision which would have been made after months of back and forth discussion and evidence is imo simply a ploy to buy more time to repay the funds. Just kicking the can down the road.
I am genuinely interested to see how management come back from this and somehow raise money to remain a going concern heading into Q2. Going to take a big discount to the current SP to tempt high risk investors I think.
I'm praying for you guys this doesn't become the TON of Tanzania.
