no - the last line says so "Kibaran is currently in discussion with the relevant parties to resolve the query in relation to the year ended 30 June 2017 "
but if there is no issue with subsequent years and if the KNL program has been on the same lines all these years, it gives us some relief / hope that the previous query can be answered and resolved in our favour...
