a big sigh of relief... should have never reached this stage in the forst place... KNL has been doing some INDUSTRY FIRST R&D in terms of its purification process and the overall development of a pilot plant - that is R&D 101 ...

if KNL gets this order quashed and walk away with their head held high, then someone should inquire against the wrong QUERY sent in the first place... it is HARASSMENT in some form and should not happen with fair dinkum junior aussie companies that have proven something via their R&D....

hope this is the last we hear from them and the next one will be " ALL DONE & DUSTED"....

now bring on some Tanzanian miracle news guys... pretty sad looking at sp in single digits after seeing 20c+ just a few months ago...
