You and others (as many as possible) have to lodge complaints with ASIC.

Note, a bitch and whine fest won't get you far; you need to provide evidence of any wrong doing by director/s of the company or by the company.

A whine that you lost money is NOT enough and will be ignored.

The fact is: every single day, some investor somewhere loses money and some made money.   People make bad decisions every single day.

That is the nature of the market.  

You need to make a distinction between yours: alleging illegal action versus bad investment decision.

The onus is you or your lawyer to uncover evidence (if any exists) of wrong doing.

The trail maybe cold, but the evidence (if there is any) will still be there.
