The amount of clerical errors made and amount of communication we see, they have an awesome pay rate. pay per letter (ann.) is pretty high. Lawyers charge $500 per letter.... it could be cheaper for these sorts of things.

I hope that they are so run off their feet chasin money that this is a silly oversight. It’s not the first time they’ve issued something then posted a correction, so they aren’t learning from previous mistakes. 

enviromission if you’re reading this - get someone to proof read the documents before you release them, it just makes you look like amateurs when you continually issue incorrect documents.
