This thing is a sheet show. As a professional in the industry I can state that these guys bought a bunch of rubbish practices in a mad rush to get enough together to list and flip the pile. The industry is moving into a new epoch. Ten years ago a dentist with ten thumbs could hang their shingle and make seven figures. Now only the best operators can turn a few hundred grand profit per year. Dentistry has had structural changes with massive, in the order of 300 percent increase in the dental workforce. Population hasn't grown that much. Therefore the pie is being sliced too fine for anyone to make money. Plus the trend has no end in sight. I no longer work in the industry and i sure as hell wouldn't invest in it, and definitely not in this bundle of sub par operations.
