So today we receive another questionable letter from GERD to help themselves in the door , the new board hasn't had enough time to do much , but also the company ATS has only been going for 2 -3 years a there in a great position and this board needs to match or better than ATS, as the ATS board did a fantastic job at there last company for shareholders.
GERD Should not be voted for ,but this board needs to lift it's game to catch up to ATS.
