Fingers, you are absolutely right. They must think all other shareholders are stupid if they want us to support the idea of someone with 10% controlling the whole board. If they were unhappy with their existing appointment of Linda Tang, why not just seek to get her replaced and maintain some level of representation consistent with their ownership? Their actions have proven them to be highly untrustworthy and if the current management thinks they should have no board appointees in the future, I think that is entirely justifiable given their actions.
