I agree Ms. Lin Tang currently on the board represents Global Energy interests but may be tied up and too busy with her New York role as Financial director for China Citi Bank worth a lazy 74 billion that mob, see News release from June 2017. Dilution pegged them back from 16% in March this year, Macquarie at that time had around 53million shares at 4.5%, Global Now have 247 million, MCQ now 341 million plus Richard Gerhartys Laingrove 122 Million. Vote No and make them buy on the open market
