    I agree that it does look like boardroom conflict more so necessarily than ESG looking out for OIP shareholder's interests. Morton as a founder of ESG prbably gives DC plenty of (unwanted) advice so I'm sure this could grate and cause friction.

    I look forward to further developments. Its been a long saga.
