I can't see how there are synergies with Surat Basin assets, plus their directors are unproven.

I agree with ESG's view, we should vote against the proposal.

What's everyone else's view is?

I wonder what's ESG's intentions are with OIP, given their nominee directors have stepped down and OIP was originally spun-off from ESG.
