re: Ann: Requisition for Shareholders Meeting... Getting a package deal with the proposed directors is a concern - I would prefer to see two new but indepedent of each other directors and one with O & G background. I know there are plenty of potential directors out there and a more thorough selection process needs to be implemented.

Also concerned with any rushed recapitalisation - the SP needs to be North of 10 cents prior to any consideration otherwise we will be shafted - happy otherwise for a significant recap but this should only be done after a thorough analysis of the assets and a strategy going forward that we all get a vote on.
