re: Ann: Requisition for Shareholders Meeting... I believe the removal of the existing directors is and will be in the best interest of shareholders however I believe we should be looking for the best available replacements with a focus on risk management, communication and thorough transparent due diligence in project analysis.

I hope the proposed replacement directors have these strengths - I am yet to be convinced - if not we should take this opportunity to find directors that have.
