re: Ann: Requisition for Shareholders Meeting...
K, I think you have highlighted my point. This whole game is poltics and salesmanship.
When you get down to it, the next bunch of directors don't realy have a better record than the last mob. At least the current directors can claim to have experience in the business.
When it comes to capital raising, I don't care who you are, you are not going to do it with efficiency or undue dilution unless the sp gets up to reflect the true value of underlying value of assets and prospects or you can end up like many other small O&G cap species with billions of shares issued to raise few $m.
The target of capital raising i.e. what investor provides the cash has nothing to do with it if the raising is based on lower value than what the actual business is worth.
You have the current situation of directors who are crappy salesmen to a new situation of WHAT??? Some salesmen who will raise funds from a different source at even a more dilutionary rate and in effect sell off the farm - WELL DONE!
If you ask me, get the market capital where it should be - north of 40c to reflect the true value of the business and there won't be a problem raising the capital development funds with minimal dilution lol.
