1- To buy an assest like the UK, you do not need to be an experienced O&G. It proved to be a stupid move.
2-Stop calling the sp going down because of market sentiments. This is not true since most companies bounced back (the sp I mean).
3- The 1 million $ workover in brokham: midmar did the same thing at 2008 and key directors repeat the same mistake 2010. If they use 2 minutes research, they would save us the 1 million$.
4-You and I know that the directors performed very badly and the sp is only a reflection of thier performance.
5. If they care about thier loyal shareholders, they will not walk away.
6-It is not like I am unthankful shareholder, it is more like they are unloyal directors.

Now thinking about what they have done in the two last year, I am more than happy to see them gone. I think they are also happy to leave without this "9% shareholders".

The ex-hardman guys really screwed us with bkp,mhl, and now key...gosh, we deserve it!
