re: Ann: Requisition for Shareholders Meeting... RAW, you don't get our concerns about the proposed board members, can you guarantee that they won't gut the share register with a plethora of new shares for vested interests at the expense of the rest of us?

I fear that is exactly what they will do and thanks to the actions of the requisitioning shareholders any placements will be done at a much lower level than could have been achieved otherwise.
