re: Ann: Requisition for Shareholders Meeting... Most retail shareholders out of the loop will be operating at a disadvantage from now on.

The group of investors that have put up the proposal to change the management here obviously know what they are going to do or they wouldnt have put a proposal forward. But no oil experience from what I found?

How and at what price capital is going to be raised?
Are sophs going to dilute retail shareholders or is a pro-rata recapitalization going to be done?

Millions can be made illegally by knowing this a few months of the announcement and surreptitiously acting on it.

The rest of us have no idea if we will get a prorata recapitalization, whether we will be dilutes or whether hundreds of millions of shares will be issued at a discount for a new project.

All too risky, and what has happened to the TZ sale??
I cant believe T.E. walked away without a fight.
