Loki amazingly my colleague and I were looking at jumping in KEY recently.
Company was so depressed and with the East Coast taking off we were sure TZ would fetch a great price or they do one better and continue developing it.

Im now glad we didn't buy it, but surely they will continue with the TZ assets. Many company's trying to squeeze into acreage on the East Coast now with no luck.

For all we know that is why these investors became disillusioned with the board. The decision to sell TZ was a very big one and it was by far the most lucrative asset in KEY's entire portfolio.
