Is that a statement of what he thinks of the companies prospects? Surely not? he was buying in the last few months. I cant believe he really thinks there is a serious conflict of interest though.

But K.R. is the expensive director, and I would have thought that was where we needed attention given the costs and the results we have to date. We have been promised early commercialization and early drilling that did not eventuate so surely that was where change was needed to restore confidence?
But that status quo remains!
Does that mean on the shareholders communications front we can also expect the same?

Months ago I wanted to sell italy and keep TZ. What happened? the opposite.
Months ago I voted against further dilution. What happened? low priced dilution.
Now I would have preferred a change of MD and keeping the chairman. What has happened? The opposite.

I really am at my wits end with this company and after three years I cannot believe the state of it..
Is it all just because of the ramping and pump and dump that happened a few years back that left a whole lot of retail holders holding loss making parcels?

How can it be that this company has reached this state with the board and the projects it had? It was all blue sky.
