re: Ann: Requisition for Shareholders Meeting... Ok, I can see the 'conflict of interest' point, but plenty of that on the ASX.

If I had a choice of all the directors I would have preferred T.E to say. He doesn't cost much and at least has experience.

I would have preferred a change to a director 'where the rubber meets the road', where that replacement had oil/gas experience. But as Tradersam says, now we cannot afford a change like that.
