that is absolutely 100% correct. The question becomes "who is better placed to be able to manage our company?" I dont have a clue who these new guys are, so I cannot say whether these changes appear beneficial or not. I want to believe they will be savours, but they could easily rape the company for all i know.

It is kinda like the 2007 federal election. K.Rudd proposed change was necessary, but offered very little viability, but said trust us. Turned out to be a complete flop and cost us all dearly. Will these guys turn out to be any different? Who knows! I dont subscribe to blind faith.
