Hence the board problems.

They want him to stay on as Chairman so any others appointed will be threatened by his casting vote.

If we get new appointees on the board then we are back to the tool shed once again.

He would have been in the role of raising this $1,000,000 CR However TZ was the issue as it had value which we as shareholders still don't know how much its worth as board will not tell us or inform shareholders. Because he can't even raise a tent they decided to sell TZ just to justify shortness of capital so at least he can milk another year of funds till they sell TZ then he can stay for another 5 years and milk it even more.

Sick of it!! Us shareholders need NEW green experience heads going forward.
