Next to go is Dennis! Earning $250,000k on the board and is on New World Energy with mate Ted Ellyard ohhh and I forgot Minemakers with Ted Ellyard there to....lol what a small world it is.

Must be a good CFO must be at least making 1 million a year in fees accross many boards, no wonder he is not interested in developing TZ. Just wants to sell it off and get money in the bank to pay for the rest of his roosting in shareholders declining share price.

With Ted and Dick in hand stepping down Ted still has controll leaving Dennis on board as chairman because he has casting vote. So even if 2 new guys go on vote will still go through with Dennis casting vote.

Ted and Dick can still control the company from outside. Great!!! good luck to all but if we don't get rid of the board to replace independancy then we have no HOPE!
