re: Ann: Requisition for Removal and Appointm... If you want to state facts it should be worth noting that under current management the sp has gone from 8.2 to 2.8 at today's price. Regardless of who's in control a dilution will occur that's the way it is for a huge amount of companies. Oh and I notice a lot of the baggers don't hold stock anyway
