re: Ann: Requisition for Removal and Appointm... Its interesting that we have the ex-managing director of Syndicated along with the current managing director of Santana Minerals Limited (which was previously in a Joint Venture (JV) on the Kalman project) trying to vie for control of our company, when Syndicated made the good decision to walk away from the JV. Syndicated now have produced a deal with Exco, which will see them become a developer shortly.

Have a look at Exco website and reason the deal with Exco looks good:
"In November 2012 the Company was acquired by Washington H Soul Pattinson and Company Limited. The Company was removed from the official listing of the ASX on 15 January 2013.

Exco is well funded and with the support of its new owners is positioned to expand exploration activities and pursue strategic acquisition opportunities".

I think the current management have done extremely well brokering this deal in the current market where as Russel Davis and Tony McDonald never got a deal together for the Kalman JV for Syndicated Shareholders. Also, at least the current directors have put a million of their own money into this project and are in the same position as us, have a vested interest in making this project a success.
