re: Ann: Requisition for a General Meeting of... ...WTF? So Mick who left the board, now has got together with some other relataed parties who are shareholders and is looking to boot out the existing directors, including the MD?

Can anyone shed any more light on this?

Mick is the owner of a mining contracting firm in WA who I presume were lining up to get the mining contract for Lamboo, however, the last release stated that BNR were tightening the screws on project costs, I wonder if this is a reaction to that?

Or are they frustrated that its taken so long to move the project ahead when its essentially a no brainer...

Whatever the reason, its not a good look and seems to be some bad blood between current mgnt and major shareholders, right when there is a rights issue happening...seems strange timing
