Regardless of a trading halt, the company must notify the market of the 249D, 2 days after receiving it (confirmed by ASX listing officer) although the company representative indicated they had to do it tomorrow (being last night when it was confirmed)
Then miraculously they were looking at everything re: "letter to shareholders" announcement, we'll be in touch in due course.
Receipt of the 249D brings more reactionary movements -
