I can 100% confirm that 249D was submitted and accepted last night by GK as of 18:30 pm Perth time . (No if or but) GK told me in writing that he has to announce it to the ASX today. I also notified ASX in advance of acceptance of 249D at 11:16 Melbourne time before the acquisition announcement today.
