The million dollar question - assuming they can get the capital what is the company strategy moving forward? Continue to explore the deeps (capital intensive), try to expand on Tarcoola? Neither of these will generate sufficient positive cash flow to pay off the debt and allow for expansion in the immediate term.

If TYX had a decent resource perhaps a JV would work, unfortunately it doesnt, and who wants to inherit 16M in debt, a legal dispute worth millions and a cash flow negative mining operation?

Cap raising into oblivion... How they will raise $20M+ to keep the show going is beyond me.
