IIRC, there were other weak conductors above the main conductor. It is possible they have found some mineralisation in these conductors before the main one that they might reach today.
Also as I posted on the pio thread, last week on Monday the announcement stated they had started drilling. It did not state when they started, so it could have been a couple of days before. If they started with RC and did a diamond tail from 200-250 metres, then with a DD doing 25-40 metres a day in another 7-8 days they could be at the correct, or near the correct depth. It is possible good mineralisation started a bit higher than expected, so there might be a lot more ORE than expected.
On the topic of all those sell orders, if you were one of those that play games on the ASX (all brokers?) then if you want to buy cheap shares, you put in low sell orders while you have a few buy orders in around the price you want to pay. The sell orders get pulled at the last second while the buy orders stay hoping that some people have been scared out of their positions.
On another different topic, when SIR first announced the find of a few metres of Ni + Cu sulphides with their first hole, the price went from 5c to 20-30 cents on the first day of trading. Many who had bought in cheap were happy to take the 400-500% profit.
The following morning the directors announced they had been BUYERS and the SP took off, going to 60-70c before they did the first Cap raise. Those that bought on the first day after the announcement of finding paydirt, and kept the shares did better than those that sold for a good profit on the first day.
If we have a good hit and the price goes up to say $2-4/sh, I'm likely to be a BUYER of more instead of a seller, even though We'll be be up by 5-6 figures!! I'm talking a real hit of significant depth of sulphides!! If that conductor of 800 X 400 metres turns out to be better than Nova, and there is a good chance of it, then there is no reason why this shouldn't end up a $1.5-$2b company. Working out the value per share, takes it to $30-$50/SH!! (depending on dilution to raise more capital for further drilling etc).
Good luck to holders and don't be tempted to sell too soon on really good news!!
