I am very surprised that people are worrying about potential buy and sell orders. These brokers play their little schoolboy games every day after markets have closed and post ridiculous buy and sell prices. Of course when markets open the next day, all previous silly bids are off the table.
As for the 2 brokers who thought there was negative news on the way - let's face it, none of them would really have a clue. Very few brokers have supported BOA on the way through so I seriously doubt they would know much about what is happening within the company. Of course if Mr Dudley decided to do a "Windward" and raise some quick cash, the brokers would have been climbing out of their trees for an easy earn. Let's hope the company does have good reason for a CR in the near future.
